Busy Bees

So I have been MIA..., again with blogging, but this time instead of not have anything to say I have had SO much going on!!! I like it though!!! Roo is LOVING school!!! Gus Gus is still dealing with the fact that every other day it is just me and him here all day. Though I miss Roo, it is a WONDERFUL break, I am able to make phone calls and run errands. My Gus Gus is so quite when we are by ourselves. Then at the end of the day they start up the loud playing and sometimes fighting, I wouldn't trade it for anything though.

I have been working to get my first Get Together ready for my new Creative Memories business and I having a positive acceptance to inviting random people :). It is this week, so I will tell you how that goes!!! I guess I am mainly been busy with getting familiar with the stuff I got in my kit, inviting people, setting up dates for a Get Together and Workshop, remembering which days Roo has school, getting stuff sent to school and money for different things, Oh and he has a fundraiser that I am trying to get orders for but keep running into people already having kids, so they order from them (naturally) but I am trying. I know I have my mom and mother-in-law looking and sending money to order a few things. I would mail to them when it comes in.

I am also hosting a Pampered Chef for a friend that is trying to kick off her business and she is coming to my Get Together. Though I was happy to find that they are having a host special for a stone that I REALLY want so that gave me the incentive to book.

I am also part of a Bible study on the book of Daniel by Beth Moore, I am REALLY enjoying it!!!! It is really fulfilling.

I also have to plan a Baby Shower for a co-worker (Wulf's co-worker). I am excited to do it!!! I just have to write EVERYTHING down or I will forget and I don't want that. I also have to get with her on what day work for her.

The fall here is SO beautiful!!! There is a hill going up to Wulf's work and all the leaves have changed their colors and it is THE most beautiful, vibrant reds, oranges, and yellow to yellow-gold I have EVER seen!!! We are planning ( I think today) to go up and take pictures of it all to show, I just my camera can capture the beauty of what we see!!!! Anyway just had to share!!! Hopefully I can get some pictures up!!!! Now I have to go! Have a WONDERFUL day!!!!

Wulf is a blue crayon

You Are a Blue Crayon

Your world is colored in calm, understated, deep colors.
You are a loyal person, and the truest friend anyone could hope to find.
On the inside, you tend to be emotional and even a bit moody.
However, you know that people depend on you. So you put on a strong front.

Your color wheel opposite is orange. Orange people may be opinionated, but you feel they lack the depth to truly understand what they're saying.

I am a red crayon

You Are a Red Crayon

Your world is colored with bright, vivid, wild colors.
You have a deep, complex personality - and you are always expressing something about yourself.
Bold and dominant, you are a natural leader. You have an energy that is intense... and sometimes overwhelming.
Your reaction to everything tends to be strong. You are the master of love-hate relationships.

Your color wheel opposite is green. Green people are way too mellow to understand what drives your energy.

Busy (Well, sort of)

I was going to say that not much has been going on, but we have been quite busy this past week and I think we are still busy through this week. I guess I can contribute alot of it to the fact that Roo is at school half of the week and remembering that and some mornings it feel rushed, but we are getting use to it.

The scrapbooking supplies are very limited to non existent, I almost cried!!!! I did find that they have Creative Memories here, so thats a plus but I got to thinking that if I am going to buy all my scrapbooking stuff through them..., I should sign up and get the discount. SO, I am talking with a consultant she lives in another town; which I just found out that she has had someone from my town contact her because she is the closest consultant to her and she told me that if I sign up she will just give her info to me and let me be her consultant! I was happy because I have "sold" through other companies, all have been long distance (so I didn't have the in person training and help) and they couldn't help refer people to me. Anyway, it's in the thinking stages. I would still worry about meeting my "quota" every 3 months. but thats just one "bad" to all tha "good" .

I have been going to almost anything I have been invited to so I can get out and meet people. It's nice to be busy in that way, I feel like I actually have things to do here, I have met some people, but it is still too early to have "close" friends. Now I feel like I need to cut back on how much I go and do since there are some things I still need to get done around here..., not to mention spending time as a family and some with Wulf. Thats about all thats been going on here. I will post again later.

1st Day of School

Well, the day has finally come when my oldest had his first day of school!!! He was SOO excited! I took some pictures and I am posting them below:

Lining up to go into the school with his class!
He is getting so grown up!

Last look before he goes through the doors, so handsome!!

Gus Gus was so sad that Roo went to school :(

So happy to have his brother back, after the school day!

I had to admit I cried once we drooped him off that morning. I was upset that I wouldn't get to see all the things he is learning to do and see him in action. Being a stay at home mom I got to be there and watch him grow and prosper in all kinds of situations and abilities, now I am left out of the loop, I only have those moments after his school days to ask him and have him explain to me what he did all day, while trying to understand some of what he is talking about :). I am glad that he is excited about going to school. When I ask him if he misses me or wants to stay home with me..., He replies in his matter-of-fact voice that he just has to go to school and learn..., he just has to! I also told him that I hope he has fun (which he did) and he replied "Oh, I WILL!!". Now I have my Gus Gus that gets to be home with me all day everyday.., but it is just 2 years before he starts school as well, and I just don't know if I am ready for this!!!!

The Beginnings of Slowing Down

We are FINALLY in the house, thats why I haven't been on posting..., well that and the fact that our internet didn't get connected until yesterday. Anyway, we are mostly unpacked and the best news I got my washer and dryer today, matter of fact, Wulf is in the laundry room hooking them up!!!! They came a day early, and in the nick of time, I need to do laundry SOO and the only 2 comforters we have the boys have managed to spill stuff on and when I tried to hand wash it..., well just to give you an idea, I hand washed it early yesterday morning and after laying it flat, it is STILL soaked!!!! I will be using my dryer as soon as it is plugged in :).

Well, I just wanted to say hey and update you a little, I will be posting regularly since we have internet. Hope you have had fun!!! I am going to catch up on some other blogs and forums.
